What it can do
Search by theme — "nuclear energy", "tariff impact", "margin expansion". You enter keywords, the system expands them and searches across transcripts.
Evidence-first results — management's actual words, highlighted and cited. No LLM inference or hallucination.
Editable keywords — review the expanded search terms, add or remove any, and rerun.
Configurable search scope — choose document type (transcripts, annual reports, quarterly reports, presentations) and time range (last 1-4 quarters).
Company + sector scoping — filter by geography (required), sector, or select specific companies across sectors.
Grouped results — multiple hits for the same company are grouped together so you see the full picture.
Document Chat — select companies and open a focused chat across their filings with synthesized answers and citations.
Natural language fundamentals — describe what you want ("cheap power stocks with high ROE") and the system converts it to metric filters. Review, edit, and rerun.
What it can't do
Infer without evidence — "who benefits from oil spikes" requires business model reasoning. We show what management said, not what we think. Search for "oil price impact" instead.
Unbounded search — geography is always required. Pick a market first.
Custom computed metrics — fixed set of pre-computed ratios. No arbitrary formulas yet.
Post-hoc theme extraction — "why did the top 20 go up?" requires unsupervised pattern recognition. Coming later.
Street estimates — analyst targets, EPS consensus, and revision data not yet available.
Real-time prices — metrics refreshed periodically, not live tick.
Coming soon
Temporal persistence — score whether a theme is a one-off mention or repeated across 3+ quarters.
Single company deep dive — enter a ticker, get all recent filings, transcripts, and price action synthesized.
Comparative extraction — extract specific values (market share %) from filings and rank across companies.
Macro data overlay — join company data against macro series (home sales, oil prices, FII flows).
